Policies: A valid card on file is required for all appointments. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, for any reason, will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s). The fee will be charged to the card on file. Arriving 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time is considered a cancellation, and the same cancellation policy will apply—even if you have already arrived. If you arrive less than 15 minutes late, your treatment will still conclude at its originally scheduled end time to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. The full scheduled service fee will still apply. This policy allows me to remain intentional with every guest, respect each client's reserved appointment time, and ensure every treatment receives the attention it deserves. Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service(s), regardless of the reason. Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Upon entering, kindly remain quiet to respect the privacy and relaxation of the client currently in session. Retail skincare products may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided at least 50% of the product remains in its original container. Unopened and unused products are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Any upgrades or additional services requested during your appointment will always be discussed with you beforehand. Pricing will only be adjusted following your verbal approval of the additional treatment(s). Gift cards, prepaid services, and treatment packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are subject to their stated expiration dates.
